My baby turned 4 last week. It is hard to believe it has been that long since we welcomed him into our family. It was a rough beginning. He came at a time that we thought was possibly the worst timing for a baby, was my hardest delivery, and was born just 7 days before I started graduate school. It has been a pretty full, chaotic, and somewhat stressful 4 years. But it would have been regardless of little Roman's presence. Without his smiling face and sweet snuggles we might not have made it through it all. Happy Birthday to one of my four greatest blessings!
He didn't ask for a super soft bug pillowcase made with this tutorial but he certainly is loving sleeping on it. I've made a few now and really love the simple tutorial. Each child is receiving one for their birthday this year. Along with a "real" gift. Roman's was a remote control batman car. All he requested for his birthday was something with a remote control. Boys and their toys.
When you read this I will most likely be on the road headed to Seattle. Say a prayer for my van will you? Alaska or Bust!!
