Tasty, Easy Pizza Recipe

This has nothing to do with knitting but every knitter needs to eat right? We eat pizza every Sunday evening for dinner. It started several months ago when Joel was out of town for weeks. All of our children LOVE pizza and it is easy to make, so everyone looked forward to it on Sunday nights, making Sundays as a single mom more enjoyable. Traditions are important to building family culture.

Usually I throw all the dough ingredients in our bread maker (liquids first, then flour, salt, and lastly putting yeast into the flour volcano). But I wrote up this recipe for making the dough by hand recently when we were teaching the girls in our church youth group how to make pizzas from scratch. Joel actually did all the teaching. He's legit-- he lived in southern Italy for 2 years on a mission for our church. Enjoy!
