Still not convinced they will fit me but haven't tried them on yet. If I do, and they don't, I might lose my motivation to finish them. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.
*UPDATE* I put it on a circular needle last night and tried it on. It doesn't fit. My 10 year old daughter tried it on. It doesn't fit. My five year old daughter tried it on. It was "a little tight" on the leg. (and big in the heel). It no longer looks like this. You don't need a picture to know what it looks like now. Just imagine a ball of yarn in your stash.
And no, I didn't make a gauge swatch first. And no, I probably didn't learn my lesson either.
